Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Showora platform and services operated by Showora Studio ("Company", "us", "we", or "our").
By accessing, registering, purchasing tickets, or using our Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Showora is an event ticketing and management platform that enables Event Hosts to create, manage, and sell tickets for their events.
- Intermediary Role: We act solely as a technology platform and intermediary between users and independent Event Hosts.
- Third-Party Events: All events listed on Showora are organized and conducted by third-party Event Hosts.
- No Event Liability: We are not responsible for event execution, cancellations, delays, changes, quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of event details.
- Disputes: Any disputes related to events must be resolved directly with the Event Host.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- If you are under 18, you may use the Service only under parental or legal guardian supervision.
- By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Ticketing & Access Control
- Each ticket (digital or NFC-based) is unique and valid only for the specific event.
- A ticket can be used only once for entry.
- Any attempt to duplicate, forge, resell unlawfully, or manipulate tickets may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent ban
- Legal action
NFC Cards
If you use a Showora-issued card:
- You are responsible for its security
- Loss, theft, or misuse is at your own risk
- Showora is not liable for unauthorized usage or balance loss

Payments, Fees & Refunds
- Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).
- By making a payment, you agree to the terms of those providers.
Fees
Showora may charge a non-refundable convenience fee per transaction.
Refunds
- Refund policies are determined solely by the Event Host.
- Showora will process refunds only:
- When explicitly authorized by the Event Host, or
- In verified cases of duplicate or failed transactions
- Showora is not obligated to mediate disputes between users and Event Hosts unless required by applicable law.

Cancellation & Force Majeure
Showora shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Technical failures
- Network outages
In such cases, liability (if any) rests solely with the Event Host.

Data Privacy (DPDP Act Compliance)
We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
Data Collection
We collect necessary data such as: Name, Email, Contact number.
Usage
To deliver tickets, ensure event security, and communicate important updates.
Data Sharing
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Data may be shared with Event Hosts strictly for event access purposes.
User Rights
You have the right to: Access your data, Request correction, Request deletion.
Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal compliance.
- You are solely responsible for any content you post or upload.
- You agree not to: Engage in fraudulent activities, Violate any laws, Disrupt platform security.
License
By posting content, you grant Showora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content.
All platform content including design, branding, logo, and software is owned by Showora.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Use automated tools (bots/scrapers) without permission

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
- Complete security
Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Showora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Showora, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Disputes with Event Hosts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
